Payment & Processing

Payment Processing

  • Payments take 1-2 business days to process.
  • The processing period for your order begins once payment is confirmed.
  • Processing Time: 5 -14  business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Wigs and periods of high demand, such as sales or due to COVID-19, may experience extended processing times.

Order Requirements

  • $100+ Orders: Billing and Shipping addresses must match.
  • $250+ Orders: A signature is required upon delivery.
  • $400+ Orders: Payment must be made through PayPal only.

Order Fulfillment for Virgin Hair

  1. Place your order.
  2. Receive an Order Confirmation email.
  3. Allow 1-2 business days for payment processing.
  4. After processing, we'll prepare your shipment and create a shipping label.
  5. You'll receive an Order Fulfillment email containing your tracking number.
  6. Your package is dispatched via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days within the US).

Quality Assurance

We ensure all hair bundles meet our high-quality standards through thorough testing. Should any issues arise, we'll address them promptly with our vendors to guarantee you receive the best product. Tracking information will be sent to the email used during order placement after processing is complete.

Same-Day Pickup

  • Eligibility: Available for in-stock items only.
  • Order Deadline: Orders must be placed by 1 pm for same-day pickup.
  • Pickup Times: Choose a time between 2 pm - 8 pm, Monday to Saturday. Confirmation will be emailed.
  • Cancellation: Must be done 1 hour prior to the scheduled pickup time.

Local Pickup

  • Pickup Times: Available from 2 pm - 8 pm, Monday to Saturday, upon email confirmation.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

Shipping

  • Shipping follows the processing period and typically takes 1-3 business days within the US via USPS Priority Mail.
  • Delays may occur during sales, holidays, or other high-demand periods.

Policies on Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

  • All Sales Final: Due to hygiene concerns with hair extensions, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns unless the wrong item is received.
  • Cancellations: Within 48 hours of purchase, subject to a $25 fee.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. No refunds or replacements will be provided for such incidents. All shipments include a tracking number for your convenience. If you're unable to be home for delivery, arrange for your package to be held at your local USPS post office.
